#91 #BookBlogger | Favourite author |

Hello lovelies, and welcome to the second part of my #BookBlogger series!
To see the first part all about my favourite book click here!

I've been a fan of Rainbow Rowell since about 2014 and she has since become one of my favourite authors!

Fangirl...
This was the first book I read and is definitely your typical YA 'boy meets girl' story with a twist of Simon Snow fanfiction! (Think Harry Potter!)

Being a creative writing (and media) student like Cath, I found myself really relating to her character and also her struggles adjusting to university, something I definitely found when I first started university!

Carry On...
Simon Snow also features in Rainbow's 2016 release 'Carry On', I've only just got round to reading this despite buying it months ago but I'll be sure to let you know how I get on!

Attachments...

I picked this up during my reading slump so inevitably only read a couple of chapters before never picking it up again - but I am determined to read it properly soon! It's set in 1999 in a newspaper office, the three main characters Beth, Jennifer (who are constantly emailing each other) and Lincoln who is in charge of monitoring all the office emails and eventually falls for one of the women.

Eleanor & Park...
This book is just adorable but also has some very real issues included which is obviously something that's seen a lot in YA but despite this, it's such a lovely story!

Kindred Spirits...
This is her latest release and unlike her other books is a short story released for World Book Day. I read this in one sitting on my way home from university and loved it! It's such a cute story about Star Wars super fan Elena whilst she queues up for the first showing of Star Wars: The Force Awakens!

Landline...
And last but not least my favourite of Rainbow Rowell's book! Landline is a romance novel with themes of sci-fi through the ability of a 'magic phone', it's hard to describe this book without giving away the story but it's well-worth a read!
Alongside The Next Together (x) by Lauren James, Landline is one of my favourite books!

Have you read any of Rainbow Rowell's book and who is your favourite author/s?
